Our hottest month is August and averages around the mid-80's and we still were cool enough at night to cut off the air and open the windows to a gentle breeze. Our coldest months is usually mid-January to mid-February with the average around the 40's and then cooler nights; this is usually for a short period of time and my favorite time to curl up with a good book in front of the fireplace; our show fall is usually very minimum. We are very conveniently located between Asheville NC and Greenville SC with a local airport in Asheville and our larger airports are in Greenville, SC and Charlotte, NC. We are about 2 hours from Charlotte, NC and 3 hours from Atlanta, GA and easy drives to the beaches.
